Congratulations to Elva in Lower 4 (Year 8) who travelled to Middlesborough to take part in the finals of the 'Future Young Chef' Competition.
Elva was the youngest competitor and was up against at 2 competitors aged 17 as well as a catering school student.
Elva planned and prepared her Indian 'Thali' Tray.
