We understand that investing in independent education is a significant decision. Our Admissions Officer, Mrs Jane Jokelson, and Bursar, Mr Joe Leese are happy to help families understand the support available including Westfield Bursaries.

School Fee Accounts

School fee accounts are issued at the end of each term and include tuition fees and any known charges for the following term, such as lunches. Additional items incurred during the current term, including Breakfast Club, Twilight, examination fees and educational visits, will also be included.

If you have any questions about your account or would like to receive invoices by email, please contact Mr Joe Leese, Bursar, at bursar@westfield.newcastle.sch.uk before the start of term.

Payment of School Accounts

School accounts are payable termly in full on or before the first day of term. Interest will be charged at the rate of 2.5% per month calculated on a daily basis, on all overdue accounts.

Termly payments should be made by cheque or direct debit transfer. The school is unable to accept cash. Arrangements can be made to pay accounts by Direct Debit.

These spread the payment of fees over 10 or 12 instalments from 1 August. Payment of fees in advance is also available should parents wish to pay two or more terms at least one full term ahead and avail of the 5% discount currently on offer.

Details of the scheme can be obtained by contacting Mr Joe Leese, Bursar, at bursar@westfield.newcastle.sch.uk.

30 Hours Nursery Scheme

We are delighted to offer the 30 hours nursery grant.

The School can accept employer childcare vouchers for Nursery places.  For additional extras and payment options please contact Mr Joe Leese, Bursar, at bursar@westfield.newcastle.sch.uk
