We are very pleased to congratulate Tori in Upper 5 (Year 11) on her recent success in the KS4 Quorn Pro Challenge. On Tuesday 23rd September, Tori was formally presented with her prize in recognition of her achievement as runner-up in this prestigious competition.
As part of the challenge, pupils were tasked with designing and preparing an original dish with Quorn as the principal ingredient. Tori created a well-balanced and flavoursome Quorn Katsu Curry, accompanied by rice and vegetables, which was commended for both its creativity and presentation.
This is a notable accomplishment that reflects not only Tori’s culinary skill, but also her ability to apply creativity, technical knowledge, and attention to detail in a competitive setting. We are extremely proud of her achievement and look forward to seeing her continued success.
