A very busy June!

Senior House and Junior House girls will be enjoying a variety of activities throughout June after the school examination week.
"My Money Week" takes place for Senior House girls. Lower Sixth return from their study leave. Lower Four will be taking a Geography and Biology field trip to Plessey Woods. The Under 12,14 and 15 TWSSA Rounders Matches take place. Lower Four will be visiting Kielder for an overnight camp. Lower Sixth will be visiting Napier University in Edinburgh. County and City Athletics championships will be held at Gateshead Stadium. Upper Three are going on a geography field trip to the Northumberland coast. There will be a day for New Entrants joining us in September to spend time with us at Senior House, followed by a meeting in the evening for parents of new entrants. TWSSA Athletics takes place at Gateshead Stadium and TWSSA tennis matches start in June. Our Gold Duke of Edinburgh Training Weekends will be held in Northumberland before their Expedition takes place in Teeside. Upper Four girls will be involved in a GCSE day on 23 June. Lower Four will be visiting Edinburgh Zoo and our Athletics teams will be competing in the championships at Gateshead Stadium.
Junior House girls will be enjoying visits to Holy Island, the National Gallery in London, the Rising Sun Country Park, a residential visit to York, Bamburgh, an Early Years' Teddy Bears' Picnic, an Aztec Day, as well as taking part in a variety of sporting events throughout June; tennis, rounders and athletics and Sports Day. The Speech Day presentation takes place on Friday 27 June at The Marriott Hotel, Gosforth Park at 7.30pm. A very busy June! Followed by the highlight of the social calendar - The Westfield Association Camellia Ball at The Marriott, Gosforth Park on Saturday 28 June at 7.30pm.
