ActivitiesExtra Curricular Activities and The Wider Community
Whilst you are at Westfield, your work will be very important and take up a large amount of your time, but just as important is what you do out of lessons. You will be encouraged to take part in a wide range of extra-curricular activities. Some activities take place in the lunch break, others after school.
Sporting activities include Netball, Trampoline, Tennis, Athletics, Hockey, Dance, Hip Hop, Zumba, Basketball, Baseball and Rounders Club.
Musical activities include Choir, Orchestra, Wind Band, Jazz Club, Musical Theatre, Bel Canto and individual instrumental lessons.
You might also enjoy Life Drawing, ICT Club, Environmental Committee, Amnesty International and the Art, French, Drama and Science Clubs. You might like to suggest a new activity that is currently not on offer and bring a group of like minded people together to start a new club!
There is also a Junior and a Senior Reading Group, a well stocked Library to browse and a very well equipped Learning Resource Centre.
There are always plenty of exciting opportunities and a wide choice of activities to enjoy at Westfield.
